We are proud to announce that our lawyer Toni Päärni has been officially approved as a member of the Finnish Bar Association, effective as of 8 May 2026. He is now entitled to use the professional title of 'Attorney-at-Law'.
Toni specializes in business law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate restructuring. Additionally, Toni extensively advises our clients on complex transactions, contract law, and various technology matters, holding special expertise in open source and open technologies. He also assists in other matters related to his practice areas.
