HH Partners is proud to have served as the legal counsel for the sellers of EverTech Oy, with Partner Martin von Willebrand, and Lawyer Toni Päärni playing key roles in the successful acquisition by Magic Cloud Oy.
The sellers of EverTech Oy sold the company to Magic Cloud, positioning Magic Cloud as the largest domestically-owned Managed Cloud service provider in Finland. Magic Cloud aims to achieve a turnover of €10 million by 2026 and seeks to strengthen its position in the European cloud service market.
