HH Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Terhi Lehtopolku as our new Managing Partner, effective October 1, 2025. Simultaneously, the firm's long-serving Managing Partner, Markku Korvenmaa, transitioned to the role of Chairman of the Board, and the current Chairman of the Board, Martin von Willebrand, assumed the role of Senior Advisor.

Terhi Lehtopolku appointed as the new Managing Partner
The newly appointed Managing Partner, Terhi Lehtopolku, has been with HH Partners since 2012 and is particularly known for her expertise in Employment Law, Dispute Resolution, and Whistleblowing matters. Terhi has a proven track record in supporting corporate management and HR in complex employment matters, internal investigations, and processes requiring reputation management. She is widely praised by her clients for her skill in finding solutions that comprehensively address their needs.

Markku Korvenmaa became Chairman of the Board
Markku Korvenmaa, who assumed the role of the Chairman of the Board, successfully led HH Partners as Managing Partner since 2011.

Martin von Willebrand became Senior Advisor
HH Partners’ long-time Chairman, Martin von Willebrand, transitioned from Chairman of the Board to Senior Advisor. In this role, Martin continues to share his broad and visionary expertise, particularly in the technology sector to create value for both our firm and our clients. “It is a pleasure to conclude my role as Chairman of the Board when the firm is in excellent condition and undergoing renewal while ensuring continuity”, comments Martin von Willebrand. “In the Senior Advisor position, I can dedicate my full focus to how technology is impacting our society.”
