We are pleased to announce that our associate lawyer Sonja Laamanen has successfully completed the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification. Achieving the CIPP/E certification demonstrates comprehensive understanding of data privacy requirements within the European context, including data privacy legislation and their application practices.
The CIPP/E certification is the first certification for privacy professionals in the world, and it is highly regarded in the industry. The certification is awarded by International Association of Privacy Professional (IAPP). The IAPP is the largest global community for information privacy professionals, and it promotes the privacy profession globally.
Also our attorney Henri Tanskanen is a holder of the CIPP/E certification, which he has actively maintained after obtaining it in 2017 particularly in preparation for the EU GDPR.
