Terhi Lehtopolku has gained experience especially on employment issues of both domestic and international companies, including advising at any stage of employment relationship, drafting of employment contracts, director agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-competition agreements, agreements on termination of employment and conciliation agreements, implementing of employment related reorganizations such as outsourcing and cooperative proceedings as well as representing in employment related disputes within arbitral and court proceedings. Terhi has been involved with employment related disputes within Finnish Supreme Court.

In addition to employment issues Terhi has represented both domestic and international companies in different kinds of assignments related to contractual and corporate law. Terhi’s contractual law related assignments have included representing in contract law related disputes within arbitral and court proceedings, international arbitral proceedings included.
