Ville Öfversten has been appointed as a Specialist Counsel in charge of HH Partners´ transaction and finance practice. Öfversten rejoins HH Partners after a long in-house career with global companies.

Prior to joining HH Partners, Öfversten held the position of Regional Managing Director Nordics at the DFC Global Corp. He has served also as General Counsel for Kemira Water and the private equity firm Ajanta Oy.
