Mikko Murto specializes in demanding assignments in technology law and corporate law. Mikko has long been a key figure in HH Partners’ open technology group. Mikko also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, commercial agreements, and corporate law matters.
During his Partner Elect period, Mikko will delve deeper into the duties and responsibilities of a partner, preparing to assume full responsibility as a partner from October 2025. He will continue his active client work and will be centrally involved in developing HH Partners’ service offerings.
