Pauliina Rajala advises our clients in intellectual property matters. Pauliina also advises clients on IP-related aspects of technology law and mergers and acquisitions.

Pauliina joined our team after graduating from the University of Helsinki in 2019. During her studies, Pauliina worked in business law at a law firm and a consulting firm. In addition, she worked for an international listed technology company, for which Pauliina also wrote her Master’s thesis on trade secrets and machine-generated data.

In addition to being trained at the bench, Pauliina has experience as a District Judge. As a District Judge Pauliina handled and decided civil, criminal and petition matters, both as a Chairperson and a Member of the Court’s Composition in all the afore-mentioned categories.

Pauliina is a Member of the Board of the Finnish Fashion Law Association.
