Pauliina Rajala advises our clients in intellectual property matters. Pauliina also advises clients on IP-related aspects of technology law and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Pauliina assists our clients in litigation and dispute resolution also in non-IPR matters.

Pauliina joined our team after graduating from the University of Helsinki in 2019. During her studies, Pauliina worked in business law at a law firm and a consulting firm. In addition, she worked for an international listed technology company, for which Pauliina also wrote her Master’s thesis on trade secrets and machine-generated data.

In addition to being trained at the bench, Pauliina has experience as a District Judge. As a District Judge Pauliina handled and decided civil, criminal and petition matters, both as a Chairperson and a Member of the Court’s Composition in all the afore-mentioned categories.

Pauliina is a Member of the Board of the Finnish Fashion Law Association and a deputy member of the Delegation of the Finnish Bar Association.
