Jatro Pihlavamäki assists our attorneys in particular in the fields of M&A, finance, general corporate law and technology law.
Jatro joined our team after graduating from the University of Helsinki in 2023. Before graduating, Jatro worked for us for a long time as a trainee and in M&A at one of Finland’s largest law firms, for whom Jatro also wrote his Master’s thesis on venture capital risk management.
