Arto Kukkonen is a Partner at HH Partners and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has practised over 20 years in a law firm. Arto has handled numerous litigation matters - some extremely challenging - in public courts. In addition, he has acted as an arbitrator or represented his client in many arbitration proceedings. He has also handled many taxation matters in administrative courts and represented his client as the first Finnish representative in the European Court of Justice.

Arto has futher acted as administrator in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. He lectures on restructuring issues.

Arto has advised his clients in taxation matters and his expertise in this area has been noted by several publications for many years.

Prior to joining HH Partners in 2001, he worked at Heikki Haapaniemi Attorneys-at-law Ltd as an associate in 1988-1991 and as a partner in 1992 - 2000.
